Vincent Masciana

Vincent Masciana is the Chief Operating Officer at Cheshire Public Schools, overseeing operations for a public school district with over 4,200 students and an annual budget exceeding $85 million. Additionally, Vincent serves as President of CT PRIME, Inc., a non-profit captive insurance company for Connecticut municipalities focused on self-insuring employee health insurance. In the Connecticut Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), Vincent is a Past President and currently acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at American Home Partners, where management included multiple departments critical to supporting first-time homebuyers, as well as Senior Vice President at Dreyfus Mutual Funds and Mellon Financial Corp., responsible for a significant portion of retail mutual fund sales. Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from St. John's University.
