Jeff Johnson

Jeff Johnson has a diverse work experience in the homebuilding industry. Jeff started their career at Lennar in 2001, where they held various roles including Area Production Manager and Director of Purchasing. In 2008, they became the VP of Regional Operations Center for Lennar's Central Region, overseeing multiple divisions. In 2018, they joined Chesmar Homes as the VP of Operations before being promoted to Division President in 2019. Overall, Jeff has extensive experience in operational management and leadership roles within the homebuilding industry.

Jeff Johnson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering and Political Science.
