Jeff Menzel

Jeff Menzel has over 30 years of work experience in the sales and marketing field, with a focus on the homebuilding industry. Jeff currently serves as the Division President - DFW West at Chesmar Homes. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at New Home Star, Park Square Homes, Taylor Morrison, Mercedes Homes, Ryland Homes, and Pulte Homes. Jeff has extensive experience in strategic planning, sales growth, salesperson training and development, and navigating the downturns in the housing market. Before entering the homebuilding industry, Jeff served in the US Army as an Infantryman during Operation Desert Storm.

Jeff Menzel attended Michigan State University from 1987 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
