Randy McGillem

Randy has over 30 years of experience in the Texas homebuilding industry. He grew up in a small town in Indiana and moved to Texas in 1977 seeking a better life. While pursuing a degree in journalism, he got a job in construction, loved it, and switched to a construction management degree.

His prior experience includes Construction and Sales Management for a Texas homebuilder, Division President for a regional homebuilder, and Division President for the nation’s largest privately-owned homebuilder. He enjoys working for Chesmar Homes because they share his commitment to the customer and employee experience.
