Terry Jermolajevs

Terry started his career in the home building industry over 39 years ago with Ray Ellison Homes. He has held various positions such as Superintendent, Warranty Manager, Homebuilding Manager, and VP of Purchasing with Ryland Homes.

He enjoys helping others by volunteering his time at the Construction Careers Academy. Terry was instrumental in getting young people excited about the industry by volunteering and advising the College of Business Real Estate Finance & Development Program at UTSA.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
