Todd Barrow

He has been in the new home industry for over 25 years, with roles including VP of Sales and Marketing, building and designing custom homes, and writing and launching a warranty and maintenance program for general construction. While enjoying the milestones in his career, Todd has had the most fun fulfilling the needs and wants of home ownership, and has met some of his best friends in doing so.

Todd strives to treat each customer as if they were a family member. He takes the time to understand the needs of his customers and provides the experience and service they would expect from a local builder. In joining the Chesmar team, Todd has found his second home and family.
