Mark Lightfoot is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Chess since June 2008, Mark oversees ten direct reports, including directors across various functions such as sales, operations, technology, and finance. Prior to this, Mark held positions at AMG Chartered Loss Adjusters from June 2006 to May 2008, where responsibilities included financial controlling for a firm that secured Private Equity Investment. Mark's earlier career includes positions as Project Accountant and Financial Controller at Edmundson Electrical Ltd, as well as roles as an Accountant and Auditor at Saffery Champness, where foundational training in accountancy was received. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Aston University and has an educational background from Caer Rhun and Upton High School.
