Nahel Khona has extensive experience in sales retention and management, currently serving as Mobile Sales Retention Manager at Chess since April 2013, a role focused on supporting over 30,000 businesses with innovative technology solutions. Prior to this position, Nahel held the role of Partner Retention Manager at Chess, contributing to the company's growth in technology services. Nahel's earlier career includes working as a Business Manager at Tarpon Ltd from April 2006 to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing payroll functions and enhancing contractor benefits. Additionally, Nahel served as Quality Service Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland from April 2003 to February 2006. Nahel holds a BA in Business Economics from Kingston University and has completed A-Levels in Economics, Biology, and Geography at Ellen Wilkinson School.
