Susan Cross is a Surgery Scheduler/Insurance/Pre-Certification Specialist at North Atlanta Ear Nose Throat & Allergy since August 2018. Prior to this, Susan worked as a Scheduling Specialist and Pre-certification Specialist at Chestatee Regional Hospital. Susan also has experience as a Patient Account Representative at Black Bear Lodge Treatment Center. Susan holds a Medical Assisting Diploma from North Georgia Technical College.
