Director Of Strategy And Business Development at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine

Erin Kini has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin started their career as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Lankenau Hospital in 2006 and worked there until 2022. During their time at Lankenau Hospital, they also served as the Operating Room After Hours Coordinator RN from 2017 to 2018.

In 2022, Erin Kini joined Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine as the Business Manager for Surgical Services. Erin later assumed the role of Director of Business Operations for Procedural Services in 2023.

Prior to joining Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine, Erin Kini worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Erin held various positions there, including Registered Nurse in the Operating Room from 2006 to 2022. Erin also served as the Sterile Processing & Case Carts Manager/Perioperative Project Manager from 2020 to 2022 and the Interim Director of Sterile Processing & Perioperative Patient Outcomes from 2021 to 2022.

Erin Kini's education history includes an Executive MBA from Villanova School of Business, obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master's of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University, completed between 2017 and 2019. Erin also holds a BSN from Holy Family University (2011-2012) and an ASN from Gwynedd Mercy University (2004-2006). Additionally, Erin has obtained certifications as a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room from the Competency & Credentialing Institute in December 2009 and as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing in October 2006.
