Donald Mangan

Donald Mangan has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student Services and Principal of the CCIU Learning Center at Chester County Intermediate Unit since January 2017. Prior to this position, Mangan held multiple roles in the Chichester School District, including Supervisor of Special Education, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and Special Education Liaison. Mangan's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
