Alyssa Foster

Alyssa (Allie) Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Covid-19 Recovery Program Manager for the County of Chester since February 2022, Foster also holds a position with the Philadelphia Phillies as part of the entertainment staff since March 2017. Educationally, Foster earned a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Neumann University. Additional roles include serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, an intern at Married to the Ring for Families, and various positions in sports and hospitality management, including Front Office Manager at Frederick Keys and Merchandise Staff for the Philadelphia Eagles. Skills include board development, organizational growth, program evaluation, and expertise in athletic training techniques.
