Tyree Lewis, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the social services sector. Starting in 2006, Lewis served as an Assistant Manager at St. Francis Home for Children for four years. In 2008, Lewis joined NHS Human Services Inc. as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional/Program Specialist before being promoted to Eastern Region Social Services Supervisor in 2011. In 2011, Lewis also began working as a Residential Advisor at Salisbury Behavioral Health until 2016. From 2013 to 2017, Lewis worked at Resources for Human Development as an Assistant Director, overseeing programmatic and operational components, conducting investigations, and representing the company in legal challenges. Lewis also held the role of Certified Investigator, investigating allegations of misuse of funds, abuse, neglect, and death. Following this, Lewis joined the Children's Crisis Treatment Center in 2017 as the Manager of Staff Development/Certified Investigator until 2019. Currently, Lewis serves as the Director of Quality Management at the County of Chester, where they provide leadership, training, and technical assistance to staff, manage the Quality Management Program, and coordinate quality evaluations.

Tyree Lewis holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Walden University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Tyree obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which was obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Tyree has several certifications in various fields, including being a Certified Trainer for First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross Eastern Pennsylvania Region since July 2019.
