Abigail Watt - Assoc CIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently, Abigail holds the position of Human Resources Project Manager and Recruitment and Training Manager at Chester Race Company Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this, Abigail worked at Stadium from December 2015 to November 2021, serving as Head of Resources, Staffing Manager, and Senior Staffing Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles at FlexPlus Limited, where Abigail began as an Apprentice in Business Administration and advanced to the position of Technical Account Manager. Abigail is pursuing CIPD qualifications, expected to complete in April 2024, and holds a Foundation degree in Human Resources Management and Services from John Cleveland College (2007-2009).
