Dana Bowser

Dana Bowser, MSW, serves as the Director of Equitable Learning and Support at Chester Upland School District since February 2022, focusing on social-emotional learning, homelessness, and diversity initiatives. With extensive experience, Dana held positions including Social Emotional Learning Coordinator and Assistant Program Administrator of Social Emotional Learning.
