Since June 2020, Noel Brandon has been the Chairman and Board Director for Chester Water Authority, providing fiduciary oversight and strategic direction to ensure the utility's commitment to water safety and quality. Prior to these roles, Noel Brandon had a distinguished career at DuPont, where positions included Global Engineering Integration Leader, overseeing a significant merger, and Vice President of Engineering & HSSE at Butamax, driving the adoption of biobutanol technology. Additionally, Noel Brandon's experience includes managing biofuels projects and global capital staffing, supported by a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University.
