Bailey (Stobart) Hilliard, MSW, currently serves on the Fulbright Specialist Roster for Criminal Justice, Addiction Recovery, Trauma Informed Care, and Mental Health. Bailey has extensive experience as the Inmate Rehabilitation Program Manager for the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office since August 2020 and previously worked as a member of the Behavioral Support Team at Central State Hospital, implementing intensive behavior intervention plans. Additional experience includes involvement with the Pathways Team in Franklin County and internships focused on Trauma Informed Care at St. Joseph's Villa. Bailey’s earlier roles included nannying and volunteering as a leader for Younglife. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on Child Development from the same institution.
