Jennifer Wade

Jennifer Wade is an experienced educator and specialist in early childhood special education, currently serving as an itinerant teacher for Chesterfield County Public Schools since October 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Regional Director at Little Leaves Behavioral Services from July 2021 to May 2023 and served as Assistant Director of Clinical Services at Next Steps Behavioral Centers from October 2016 to November 2020. Jennifer was the owner and educational and behavioral consultant at Beyond Behavior Consulting, LLC from February 2011 to November 2016, and worked as a research assistant at the Virginia Commonwealth University Autism Center for Excellence from January 2010 to May 2012. Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as Site Director and Lead Teacher at Dominion School for Autism from April 2008 to January 2011, as well as a Special Education Teacher at the Faison School for Autism from March 2000 to August 2006. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from William & Mary.
