Lisa D. Phillips

Lisa D. Phillips is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Specialist for Chesterfield County Public Schools since July 2019, Lisa has previously held positions including Private Placement & Transition Support Specialist and Coordinator of Special Education. Lisa's career in education began as a Special Education Teacher at various institutions, including Spring Run Elementary School and Providence Elementary School. Lisa holds a Post-Master's Certificate in Educational Administration and Supervision PreK-12 and a Bachelor of Science/Master's of Teaching in Psychology and Special Education, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
