Shane Hill

Shane Hill is an experienced professional with a background in budget management and merchandising. Currently serving as Budget Manager at Chesterfield County since September 2020, Shane has held roles as Principal Budget Analyst and Data Analyst. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Old Navy from November 2013 to September 2020, where Shane advanced through various positions from Brand Associate to Assistant General Manager - Merchandising, focusing on sales growth and visual merchandising.
