Stephanie Brown

Stephanie Brown, MBA, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Director for Chesterfield County since June 2015. In this role, Stephanie is a member of the Leadership Team overseeing a procurement office with an annual expenditure of over $290 million and more than 600 contracts. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Contract Officer and Administration Manager in Chesterfield County and as Senior IT Contract Officer at Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and possesses a strong background in managing complex procurement processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing operational efficiencies.
