Nicholas Hilem

Nicholas Hilem is a technology leader with extensive experience in the software engineering field. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder of Chestnut since 2022, Nicholas is dedicated to transforming the insurance industry's technology and data infrastructure. Previously, Nicholas held significant roles including Director of Engineering and Technical Lead at Ethos Life from 2019 to 2022, and Senior Staff Engineer at Samsung NEXT in 2018-2019. Prior experience includes positions such as Technology Manager at Google, Chief Technical Officer at IntroNet US, and Senior Software Developer at Artisan Mobile, Inc. Nicholas also served as Sr. Manager of Server Engineering at Exclaim Mobility, Inc. Nicholas holds an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS with High Honors in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
