Chris Renz

Chris Renz is a seasoned litigation attorney and partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA since October 2014, specializing in diverse practice areas including real estate, insurance, construction defects, and non-compete agreements. Renz also served as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Minnesota Law School from September 2003 to May 2023, instructing first-year law students in legal writing, research, and oral arguments. Prior to these roles, Renz practiced law at Thomsen Nybeck from November 2001 to October 2014 and gained initial experience as a law clerk at Allina in 1998, assisting in-house legal counsel. Renz holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Ancient Studies from St. Olaf College.
