Ryan Prochaska

Ryan Prochaska is a Partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA since July 2016, specializing in estate planning, tax planning, long-term care and asset protection planning, as well as estate and trust administration. Prior to this, Ryan served as an Associate Attorney at Miller Legal Strategic Planning Centers, P.A. from April 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included drafting a variety of legal documents such as Revocable Living Trusts and Wills. Ryan has experience with Family Limited Partnership and corporate formation. Earlier legal experience includes an internship at Polaris Industries in early 2012. Ryan Prochaska holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, attained in 2013, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2010.
