Arina Dogaru

Arina Dogaru has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Head Psychologist of Employee Assistance Programs at Chestnut Global Partners, where they provided short-term counseling and on-site crisis support to staff. Arina also delivered training seminars, workshops, and talks. Before that, they worked as a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist in private practice, providing therapy services to clients. Arina also worked as a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist at Infuse, where they focused on promoting social inclusion. In addition, they worked as a Training & Personal Development Counselor, facilitating groups and workshops in private practice. Arina also worked as an Educational Counselor at Montessori School of Bucharest, providing counseling and support services to students and families. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Purchasing & Executive Projects Manager at 1&1 Internet Development SRL, where they managed project budgets, negotiated with suppliers, and ensured project success.

Arina Dogaru's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications obtained throughout their career. Starting in 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest. Arina then pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from the same institution, completing it in 2009. In 2010, Arina received a Person Centered Psychotherapist degree from the Romanian Association of Person Centered Psychotherapy.

In 2015, Arina pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology, specializing in clinical psychology, hypnosis, and short therapeutic interventions. Following their master's degree, they acquired a Certificate in Group Facilitation from Temenos Education Ltd in 2018-2019, emphasizing their dedication to group psychotherapy.

Continuing their educational journey, Arina attended The International Focusing Institute from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a degree as a Focusing Oriented Therapist & Focusing Trainer, focusing on psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Simultaneously, they pursued a degree in psychology, specializing in group psychotherapy, from the American Group Psychotherapy Association, furthering their expertise in this field.

Additionally, Arina possesses certifications in various areas outside of their academic degrees. In 2008, they obtained certification as a Human Resources Inspector from the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education. In 2009, they completed a course on Human Resources Manager with a focus on recruitment and selection techniques. In 2014, Arina acquired the Children's House Assistants Course Certification of Completion from the Association Montessori Internationale. Finally, in 2014, they earned the Trainer certification from the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education.
