Mireya de Arroyave

Mireya de Arroyave is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in psychological support and organizational well-being. Currently serving as General Manager at Life Balance Group since October 2015, Mireya focuses on providing psychological assistance to personnel within companies and offers coaching and advisory services to enhance organizational climate and corporate success. With a background as a Services Provider at Chestnut Global Partners since 2001 and previously as General Manager at Life Balance Group from November 2015 to February 2018, Mireya has handled case management, psychotherapeutic support, and staff training. Mireya also held the position of School Psychologist at Colegio Americano de Guatemala from January 1978 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Rafael Landívar and a Master's degree in Administration from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
