Emma Bowen, MSW, is a Community Health Specialist on Problem Gambling Prevention at Chestnut Health Systems. With experience in developing outreach and growth strategies, managing social media content, and creating evaluation measures for programming, Emma has a strong background in social work. Prior to their current role, Emma worked as a freelancer for delivery services like Doordash, Instacart, and Uber Eats, and interned at Youth Be Heard, PEACe, and various restaurants where Emma honed their customer service and management skills. Emma holds a Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, along with a Bachelor of Science and a high school diploma.
