Morgan Tarbutton possesses extensive experience in outdoor management, guest services, and education, with a career spanning over various roles. At Chetola Resort & Conference Center since May 2009, Morgan has held positions including Outdoors Management and Marketing, Front Desk Manager, and Spa and Recreation Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Equestrian Instructor at Valley Crusis Farms, an English Second Language Teacher at TESL Institute International in Japan, a Children Social Worker intern with the NC Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, and an Animal Keeper at Grandfather Mountain State Park. Morgan's early volunteer work includes roles with Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity, alongside significant participation in both OUTWARD BOUND ADVENTURES and missionary volunteer work. Academically, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science, with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University.
