Carla Maloney

Carla Maloney has a robust background in operations and process management, currently serving as Business Process Manager and previously as Customer Operations Process Analyst at Chetwood Financial Limited since April 2021. Prior to this, Carla held various roles at HSBC from February 2017 to March 2021, including Operations Manager. At M&S Bank and HSBC Group, from September 2014 to February 2017, Carla specialized in managing consumer claims related to section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, overseeing teams in Birmingham and Chester. Additionally, Carla worked at M&S Bank from October 2008 to September 2014, fulfilling roles as both Fraud and Police Liaison Manager and Collections Manager.
