James Broad is the SVP, Finance & Admin at Chevin Fleet Solutions. James has over 20 years of experience in finance and has held various positions throughout their career. James started out as an audit senior at Smith Cooper and then became an internal auditor at Invensys. James was later recruited by Deb Group to be their group financial controller and helped report to new Private Equity investors. James was promoted to lead group finance and continued in the role until a secondary buy out was completed. James then joined SC Johnson Professional as their finance director and was promoted to be the lead in finance at the largest operational unit in the group. James managed all aspects of finance and was part of local senior management team. James gained significant commercial experience across manufacturing, sales, customer service and marketing. James's role was made redundant when new owners re-organised the European operations. James then joined Chevin Fleet Solutions in September 2019 as their SVP, Finance & Admin.

James Broad has a B.A (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from The University of Sheffield and an Advanced Development Programme from Cranfield University. James is also a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW and BA (Hons) Accounting and Financial Management from Sheffield University.

James Broad reports to Ashley Sowerby, CEO & Founder. James Broad works with Matthew Gibbons - VP, Support & CSM, Will Wycks - SVP, Product & Marketing, and Laura Brown - Engineering Manager.
