Matthew Gibbons is currently the VP, Support & CSM at Chevin Fleet Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations & Customer Support at Tappit from September 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading a dynamic customer support team, managing internal IT support, and improving customer satisfaction levels across all countries. Matthew has also been responsible for designing and implementing business process, plans and procedures, whilst continually evaluating performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
They are on a team with Gareth Roulston - VP, Professional Services, Laura Brown - Engineering Manager, and James Broad - SVP, Finance & Admin. Matthew Gibbons reports to Ashley Sowerby, CEO & Founder.
