Wayne M. Pollard, M.S. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Wayne is currently working at Chevin Fleet Solutions as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Support Engineer II at the same company from September 2020 to August 2022.

Wayne M. Pollard, M.S. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interactive Media Design with a concentration in Production and Management from Becker College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Bunker Hill CC, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. Most recently, Wayne completed their Master of Science (MS) in Technological Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, where they studied from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Wayne has obtained several certifications. These include the Microsoft Technology Associate: Database Administration Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft, which they acquired in September 2020. Wayne also holds the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, earned in July 2019. Wayne obtained the Investment Foundations Certificate from CFA Institute in May 2019. Furthermore, they have the Professional Scrum Master I™ Certification from Scrum.org, acquired in October 2018. Wayne also holds the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, both obtained in September 2018 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
