Alka Goyal

Alka Goyal is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Technology Credit Union since November 2018, Alka has also held the role of Senior QA Analyst at Chevron Federal Credit Union since January 2011 and previously worked as a Senior QA Analyst at Harland Financial Solutions from May 2002 to October 2006, where Alka led projects and tested financial applications for member credit unions. Alka began a career in quality assurance as a QA Engineer at Nortel Networks from November 1997 to May 2001, focusing on the testing of the Meridian PBX and other applications. Alka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
