David Seals

David Seals has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and operations management field. David is currently the Director at Chevron Federal Credit Union, and was previously the Sr. Director of Customer Services at Velosel. At Velosel, David was responsible for designing and rolling out the customer service organization, including customer support, hosting operations, account management, and training. David devised a self-service support model utilizing web-based support tools for customers to submit and track incidents, search the knowledge base, and download documentation and service patches. David also managed the technical operations of Velosel's hosting business and improved customer satisfaction levels with several Fortune 500 customers.

David Seals has an MBA in finance from California State University, Hayward and a B.S. in MIS and accounting from California State University, Hayward.
