Allison Martinez is senior vice president, business transformation and chief information officer at Chevron Phillips Chemical.

In this role, she leads the information technology department and the company’s efforts to enable business value through continuous improvement initiatives, culture evolution and championing a digital future. Her global team is comprised of 400 professionals.

Martinez has more than 20 years of industry experience. She joined Chevron Phillips Chemical in 2001 as an SAP systems analyst and worked in information technology for nearly a decade in various positions of increasing responsibility. Martinez then held several leadership roles across business units, including olefins and polyolefins planning manager and global supply chain manager. She rejoined the information technology department as a member of its leadership team in 2015 and most recently served as chief information officer.

Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and a certificate of public accountancy.
