Brian Gerlach

Brian Gerlach is a seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the chemical and refining industries. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Superintendent at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since August 2010, Brian has held multiple roles focused on process safety, risk management, and operational support for various production processes, including high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and fine chemicals. Prior experience includes internships at Frontier Refining and DCP Midstream, where Brian supported hydrotreating units, catalytic reforming units, and the development of loading procedures. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2010.
