Kelly Xianghong Hao

Kelly Xianghong Hao has accumulated extensive experience in the chemical industry, primarily at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2012, where roles have included Polyethylene Marketing Manager, Benzene Product Manager, Heavy Olefins Specialist, Business Planner, and Catalyst team lead. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Nanostellar from April 2004 to May 2012, advancing from Scientist to R&D Director. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago (2000-2004) and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business (2014-2016).
