Kevin Elliott

Kevin Elliott serves as Finance, Corporate and Compliance Senior Counsel at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since September 2022, previously holding the position of Finance / Ethics & Compliance Counsel. Prior to this role, Kevin was Senior Counsel for Finance at Cheniere Energy, Inc., where legal support was provided for the CFO's organization, managing significant finance transactions including project finance, loans, and international trade finance. Kevin's extensive legal experience also includes roles as Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where responsibilities involved representing sponsors and borrowers in energy debt finance, and as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, focusing on financing arrangers and various structured transactions. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law and a Master's in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Creighton University.
