Marie Bonnett

Marie Bonnett currently serves as Senior Commercial Counsel at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2023. Previously, Marie held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at TDECU from February 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included advising senior management on legal matters and leading a high-performing legal team. Prior roles include Director and Associate General Counsel at Styskal, Wiese & Melchione, LLP from June 2004 to January 2018, and Associate Attorney at Hemar & Associates from January 2001 to May 2004. Marie's legal expertise encompasses a range of areas including commercial law, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. Marie earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law & Society from UC Irvine.
