Norman Chua

Norman Chua has extensive experience in the chemical industry, having held various leadership roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since December 1983, including China Country General Manager and Sustainability Director for the Asia Region. Chua's expertise spans marketing, supply chain management, and business operations across several regions, including Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Notable contributions include managing the NCP Project's marketing and supply chain and overseeing Q-Chem's product portfolio in Qatar. In addition to corporate roles, Chua actively participates in initiatives focused on sustainability and plastic waste management with organizations such as the Alliance to End Plastic Waste and Circulate Capital. Norman Chua holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
