Kathleen Ryan is an experienced professional in technical training and engineering with a diverse background in advanced manufacturing, electronics, and quality analysis. Currently serving as the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Programme Leader at Chevron College/KWETB, Kathleen delivers key modules in Electrical Principles, Maths, Electronics, Work Experience, and Industrial Communications. Prior roles include Senior Failure Analysis Engineer at Intel Corporation, where Kathleen focused on root cause evaluations of integrated circuit failures, and various teaching positions where Kathleen developed and delivered course modules in electronics and mathematics. With accolades such as the AONTAS national award and the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland award in 2019, Kathleen has demonstrated a strong commitment to creating opportunities for disadvantaged students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Limerick.
