Lauren Pollock

Lauren Pollock is an experienced professional in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Chevy Chase Club since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions including Senior Clubhouse Dining Manager at the same organization, Food and Beverage Manager and Manager In Training at Woodmont Country Club, and Management Intern at Beach Point Club. Lauren also served as the Secretary and Service Chair for the Club Management Association of America, where responsibilities included facilitating communication and overseeing community service events. Early career experiences include positions as an Extern at Aramark Refreshment Services and Server at The Bungalow Lakehouse Restaurant.
