Victor Eng is a Food Applications Engineer at Chew since January 2025, previously serving as a Food Scientist at Medifast, Inc. from February 2023 to November 2024. Eng has extensive experience in food formulation and commercialization, having also worked as a Commercialization Chef at Freshly, where responsibilities included scaling ready-to-eat meals and optimizing processes. Prior culinary roles include internships and cooking positions at Noma, America's Test Kitchen, and Barbara Lynch Collective, along with co-founding OURgrain to promote sustainable food products. Eng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Syracuse University.
