Claire Bowater

Claire Bowater is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR officer at Chewton Glen since July 2013, where Claire has developed a strong foundation in human resources within a prestigious company, focusing on recruitment, disciplinary and grievance management, payroll processing, and deputizing for the HR Director. Prior to this role, Claire gained experience as a Sales Administrator at Wood BMW & MINI and Ridgeway Group. Claire holds a CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice from Bournemouth and Poole College, as well as a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences and 10 GCSEs from The Grange School.
