Haydee Acosta Solla

Haydee Acosta Solla M.S. currently serves as the Associate Director of HR Shared Services at Chewy since April 2020. Prior experience includes roles at ADP as an Implementation Delivery Manager for National Accounts, providing leadership for enterprise-level migrations, and at AutoNation as the Manager of HRIS and Compliance, where oversight of HR Shared Services and team development was emphasized. Additional roles include Human Capital Management Implementation Consultant at ADP, Human Resource Change Management Business/System Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Talent Management/Recruitment Coordinator at Malcolm Pirnie. Haydee's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and Sociology from Manhattan University.
