Katelynn Hawkins currently serves as the Associate Director of Category Management at Chewy since July 2022, following a five-year tenure at Whole Foods Market where Katelynn held the titles of Associate Director of Sourcing for Essentials, Body Care, and Supplements, as well as Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager. In these roles, Katelynn successfully managed retail categories to achieve significant year-over-year business growth, focusing on pricing, product display, marketing, and promotions to enhance customer appeal. Prior to Whole Foods Market, Katelynn worked at Daymon World Wide as a Sourcing Manager, overseeing over $53 million in non-foods private label business and utilizing data analysis to identify industry and consumer trends.
