Krista Bardelli

Krista Bardelli is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing at Chewy since October 2023, Krista supports CRM functions for the launch of Chewy Vet Care in the US while leveraging hyper-local marketing strategies for customer retention. Prior experience includes roles as Global Print Marketing Manager and Global Email Marketing Manager at Vista, where Krista led successful direct mail campaigns and transformed team structures for enhanced email engagement. Additionally, during tenure at Leisure Pass Group, Krista managed the P&L for the Direct to Consumer channel in the Americas, significantly improving site conversion and profit margins.
