Maria Kuntz

Maria Kuntz, CFA, has extensive experience in software development and data science within the finance sector. Currently serving as Manager of Simulation and Data Science Engineering at Chewy since November 2020, Kuntz previously held various roles at Wellington Management from January 2015 to November 2020, including Assistant Vice President positions in Fixed Income Portfolio Construction Technology and Investment Compliance Technology. Earlier experience includes a role as Technical Team Lead at Charles River Development, where a team was managed to create an investment compliance system, as well as senior software engineering positions at Publicis Sapient, Incentive Systems Inc., and WorldStreet Corporation. Kuntz holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College and an M.A. in Regional Studies/Quantitative Methods from Harvard University.
