Mark Francisco

Mark Francisco currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Cheyenne Police Department since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions at the Kansas City Missouri Police Department from September 1990 to March 2021, including Deputy Chief of the Investigations Bureau and Deputy Chief overseeing the Executive Services Bureau. Mark also served as Major and Executive Officer in the Chief's Office during tenure at the Kansas City Missouri Police Department. Mark Francisco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Central Missouri between 1983 and 1987.
