Gregory O'Barr

Gregory O'Barr has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Administrator for Population Health and Behavioral Health Services at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center since September 2008. Responsibilities include strategic and operational oversight of diverse healthcare services such as community health, telehealth, and mental health services. O'Barr has also held various roles at Cheyenne Regional, including oversight of the Project Management Office and initiatives related to Care Management and alternative payment models. Prior to this, O'Barr worked at Intrado, Inc. in multiple senior management capacities, focusing on consulting, system integration, and software engineering. O'Barr holds a PhD in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, alongside a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Samford University.
